The opening concert of the 2013/14 season is a celebration of Grant Llewellyn’s 10th anniversary with the North Carolina Symphony, as well as a tribute to the beloved late North Carolina composer Robert Ward, plus a performance of Beethoven’s masterpiece:

Related Event:  Pre-concert talk next door in Gerrard Hall with Letitia Glozer, UNC Chapel Hill, at 6:40 PM.

The Symphony provides a free shuttle service to and from two locations:
 
• University Mall between Dillards and Wells Fargo bank
 
• Southern Villages near the Village Green Stage on Aberdeen Drive
 
The shuttle service begins promptly at 6:10pm.
