Program

Inspired by the exhibition The Worlds of M. C. Escher, the Mallarmé Chamber Players have chosen a fascinating work by J. S. Bach that’s meant to be experienced from multiple perspectives.

The Durham-based ensemble performs the entire Bach Musical Offering on baroque period instruments, featuring Elizabeth Field, baroque violin; Suzanne Rousso, baroque viola; Stephanie Vial, baroque cello, Rebecca Troxler, traverso flute; and Elaine Funaro, harpsichord.
