This has been a very disappointing development [to] many [people] in the New England area.... Also, ... 'GBH has agreed to purchase 'CRB" - see http://wcrb.com/page.php?page_id=43916 [inactive 12/09] for details. "This," our N.E. correspondent reports, "may mean that WCRB will be back streaming soon - or not." We'll do our best to post updates here from time to time.

    Please note that WCPE is a full-time classical station that carries the Metropolitan Opera broadcasts and, from time to time, other live performances; these live broadcasts will be listed in our regular calendar. See station websites for schedules of other live-performance programs such as Performance Today (on WDAV and WFDD) and From the Top (on WDAV and WHQR) and for information on internet streaming of these and other shows. WFSS is primarily jazz and news. WUNC is all news and talk. The others offer classical programming in varying degrees. All these websites include program listings.
