Shakespeare: Cymbeline

Founded in 2007, this six-person company is already renowned for its dynamic, actor-focused style and lapidary productions of Shakespeare, whose elaborate romance Cymbeline sings out clearly in Fiasco's hands. Cymbeline is just the beginning of Fiasco's two-week residency with Duke Performances, where they also develop Shakespeare's Measure for Measure at Sheafer before giving two workshop readings in the intimate black-box theater. Get behind the scenes with an ascendant young company celebrated for its resourcefulness and dramatic brio. Related event: Artist-in-Residence February 3 through February 19
