Program

Professor Beauvais Lyons teaches at the University of Tennessee, and is also the self-appointed Director of the Hokes Archives, a quasi-historical organization that holds a collection of rare and unique artifacts and objects. Among its holdings are Director Lyons' meticulously crafted lithographs of creatures of "zoomorphic junctures." The Gregg Museum will be mounting an exhibition of these lithographs and other pieces. In addition, a special performance will be presented during the opening on July 18 by NC Opera, in anticipation of their upcoming production of The Magic Flute.
