Notes

We will select two applicants as winners of the Benjamin Kilgore Gibbs Award, and they will rehearse and perform In Jones Auditorium at Meredith College, under the guidance and baton of our music director Jim Waddelow. This concert gives Rising Stars an opportunity to advance their careers by performing in front of a professional orchestra, provides our community an opportunity to support young musicians, and gives our audience the chance to hear a great show.
