Greensboro Opera's production of The Gershwins®’ Porgy and Bess® will feature Greensboro native and Grammy-Award winner Rhiannon Giddens in the title role, along with a cast who has sung all over the world. Well-known tunes, such as "Summertime," "My Man's Gone Now," and "It Ain't Necessarily So" (and others) are among the highlights of what many regard as the greatest American opera.
